Alongside practical coaching and emotional inquiry, I bring over 30 years of experience working with energy — as a Reiki Master Teacher, Reflexologist, and Mindfulness Practitioner. I integrate EFT tapping, Bach Flower Remedies, meditation, visualisation, and nervous system regulation into our work, because insight alone doesn’t create change. Your system has to feel safe holding something different.

Untangling Inherited Roles in Professional Women

Many of the women I work with are accomplished, thoughtful and highly competent. On the surface, they appear steady. Privately, they are managing an undercurrent of responsibility that feels disproportionate.

They often tell me:

  • “I struggle to delegate without anxiety.”
  • “I feel guilty resting.”
  • “I take responsibility for team dynamics that aren’t mine.”
  • “I can say no — but I don’t feel settled afterwards.”


These patterns are rarely about confidence or skill.

They often trace back to early mother–daughter dynamics in which emotional stability was subtly or overtly placed on the daughter’s shoulders. When responsibility is learned in childhood as a way of maintaining connection or safety, it embeds in identity and in the nervous system.

In adulthood, that inherited role can show up as:

  • Over-functioning in leadership
  • Hyper-attunement to team tension
  • Difficulty tolerating disappointment
  • Emotional exhaustion masked as competence
  • Boundaries that feel brittle rather than embodied


Surface strategies rarely shift this pattern because behaviour is not the root.

  • Regulate the nervous system responses attached to guilt and anxiety

The 90-minute Clarity Session is where we slow everything down

This session is for women who are holding something they can’t keep carrying alone. A tricky relationship dynamic. A decision that feels tangled in guilt. A repeating emotional pattern that won’t let them move forward.

We’ll focus on what’s present for you — not just emotionally, but practically and energetically too.


You’ll leave with clarity, relief, and some grounded next steps. Not just insight, but traction.

This is a space to name what’s been unspeakable, understand where it’s coming from, and begin shifting it — without over explaining, justifying, or performing.

Sometimes one session is all it takes to unlock a new direction. Sometimes it’s a gentle entry point into deeper work. Either way, it’s yours.

  • Pre-session reflection prompts (optional)
  • 90-minute 1:1 Zoom session
  • Tailored follow-up email with notes + suggested practices or tools

For young people navigating pressure, pace, and the quiet overload no one sees — and the families trying to meet them with all the best intentions.

Underneath the quiet compliance, the silence, the outbursts, or the shutdown — something else is speaking.

So many young people are carrying more than they can articulate: anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, sensory sensitivity, a sense of not belonging. They feel unseen, even in homes full of love. This work doesn’t fix them — it helps them feel safe in themselves again.

I offer calm, grounded support for teenagers and young adults navigating emotional challenges, identity exploration, social pressure, or neurodivergent experience — and for families ready to support them with presence, not pressure.

This isn’t academic mentoring or behaviour management. It’s not about performance, productivity, or forcing conversations. It’s one hour a week where they can breathe. Where their nervous system can soften. Where they are allowed to just be.

Sessions are 1:1, one hour, in person or online.

Investment: £60 per session (initial 6-week block recommended)

I am DBS checked and hold over 20 years of experience supporting young people across junior, high school, SEN and hospital school settings — including working with refugee children and young people with complex needs. I am a qualified mentor, coach and educator.
